Many prophetic voices have been prophesying that 2020 is going to be a year of the DECREE(nabi) and VISION(Seer) which reveals something very exciting – we have entered an era where God is highlighting and illuminating the role and function of the prophet, the expansion of the company of prophets, but also the church that is called to be a prophetic people. Over the next few weeks I feel the Lord asking me to prophesy into what I sense He is doing, but today I simply want to highlight and prophesy a few things He is doing in you.
THE CONTRACT ON YOUR PROPHETIC DESTINY HAS BEEN TORN UP
This will be a year that you suddenly realize you are no longer tied to or influenced by spiritual captors that sought to silence you for so long. In a dream recently I saw a hit-list with many voices on it from preachers, worshippers, and prophetic voices – both known and unknown. It was a global list that the enemy had created to take out those who were going to be used mightily in this new decade of establishing the kingdom through the prophetic word of the Lord. That is why 2019 was the epic finale of the war on your voice. The enemy tried to take you out because He could see the anointing building and growing through the years of being silenced and muzzled. He sent people, situations, and circumstances to you keep you in bondage and spiritually bullied so you shut up and did not rise up and take your place. He also used witchcraft and words to assail you endlessly so that you were too battle-worn to even raise a sound, but the assassination attempt on your voice and prophetic calling in 2019 DID NOT WORK! You had everything thrown at you and began to wonder if you would ever be free of the constant onslaught silencing you, but this is the year that the contract is torn up and you get your voice back!
THIS YEAR YOU WILL LEAVE THE WILDERNESS
This is the year that those who have been wandering around the wilderness for a decade finally leave their waiting, preparation season. The outcasts, the nomadic prophets, the out of the box, new-breed, beat to a different drum, rough around the edges, walk and talk different prophets are a valuable commodity going forward. God has been shaking you up and preparing you to be a voice in 2020 in both the church and the world and He is breaking off the victim, rejection mentality you have been living in and causing you to rise up as a mighty voice. You have been wandering around on the fringe for so long you wondered if you would ever leave the wilderness, but now you will begin to see doors that have been closed for many years start to open, gates that have been shut swing wide for you. The fire has been intense but now you are emerging as gold with the pure word of the Lord and God is going to use you to bring greater strength, health, and impact to the bride.
YOU WILL DISCOVER A FRESH SOUND ROARING FROM THE INSIDE OF YOU
Right now there is a fresh sound beginning to rumble on the inside of you. It’s the sound of a prophetic people that have bullied for so long preparing to unleash an explosive sound in the earth to make up for the years of being tamed and muted, muzzled, and domesticated. You have felt shut up for so long, invisible, silenced, and unheard that you never imagined that your voice would ever be used by the Lord. You never imagined that God would use what you have walked through, but now you will ROAR into 2020 with a fresh sound erupting from you that will draw heaven to earth and establish the kingdom. People will hear this new sound and say “What is this and where did they come from?” because it was never manufactured or raised in the seminary, it was never fathered by an institution or grown in a lab, no this sound is the sound of the lion of Judah roaring through you from your season of hiddenness. Now the veil is being removed and you are going to be seen and your sound heard. Your new sound is going to rattle the pews of the content and the religious binds in the prophetic house, break off the self-righteous critical spirit that looks like wisdom but only silences and cause life to flow where there has been decay and breakdown.
YOU WILL FINALLY BEGIN YOUR PROPHETIC ODYSSEY & WRITE YOUR STORY
This year the stories of the wilderness will be written. In one moment you felt damaged and like you have nothing in you to write but then the Lord will put a new coal on your tongue. It’s your Isaiah 6 commissioning to be a VOICE in this next decade. The bookshelves of unfulfilled prophecy are beginning to shake and stories that have not yet been told are going to be written for a prophetic generation who are right now feeling stuck and worthless. They are out there feeling like they don’t fit, will never belong and what is inside of them will never see the light of day. These books are the stories of those who have walked through long wilderness seasons that will use their testimony to UNLOCK the cages of those who have been bound and spark a new wave and movement. This year you will feel the bubbling forth of your story and you will feel the fresh scribe anointing on you to WRITE where you have been. It’s time for the songs that have been on the shelf to be written, the resources, books, and navigational manuals to be manifested so that the pages of a brand new day are written into the earth.
You were once voiceless, but now your voice is returning! As we cross into 2020 let your voice be heard, decree, shout and prophesy this is my decade to be a mighty voice and reveal Jesus in the earth!
