Friends, some of you are going through a painful storm right now and you just don’t understand. You feel let down by God; you’re hurting and disappointed.
He wants me to tell you He understands why you would feel this way.
He also wants you to know that even though He feels distant and silent, He’s actually very near to you because the Lord is close to the brokenhearted; He’s close to you.
I hear Jesus say:
“I’ve not forgotten you. Even though you might not feel Me now, even though you might not hear Me, I want you to know I have never left you in this storm. I have been with you all this time. I’ve always been there.
Sometimes, I’ve shown up through other people; other times I’ve been speaking through a song or the beauty of My creation; sometimes I come to you in your dreams.
Do not misunderstand My silence for absence. Rest assured, I AM with you, beloved.
The time will come when I will give you clarity and you’ll be able to look back and see that it was in the darkest of times I was most present.
I AM here.
I will never leave you and that is a promise.”
