My Scripture this morning got my attention straight up! Psalm 62L5-8 In the Passion Translation it is labeled “UNSHAKABLE FAITH.”

“I am standing in absolute stillness, silent before the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for him to rescue me.

Only God is my Savior, and he will not fail me. 6For he alone is my safe place. His wraparound presence always protects me as my champion defender.

There’s no risk of failure with God! So why would I let worry paralyze me, even when troubles multiply around me? 7God’s glory is all around me! His wraparound presence is all I need, for the Lord is my Savior, my hero, and my life-giving strength

8 Trust only in God every moment! Tell him all your troubles and pour out your heart-longings to him. Believe me when I tell you—he will help you!”

Pause in his presence.

As I sat in silence before the only voice I so desired to hear, the Lord spoke, “Beloved, I am well-pleased with your silent heart. I am here to wrap you up tenderly with my presence. I am filling you with the comfort of my unconditional love to carry you through the darkness of this time when evil seems to be running ahead and making no room for my goodness. I desire for my family to know that love is never weak and true strength never lacks tenderness. I am always here for you to drink of my spirit of deep love and assurance, says the Lover of our soul. Tenderness of heart and gentleness of spirit is so needed in this time of cruelty and hardness of heart.

Stress has hit so many who are weary like a big punch in the stomach causing their spirit man to crumble under the impact of it’s tension, says the Father. The enemy intended to send grief to man’s spirit but I am entering the battle for your soul today and I am telling the enemy ‘it is enough’ says the Lord. I am putting my arms around those whose disappointment has destroyed their hopes and whose expectations for my promises to be fulfilled have been frustrated to the point of total hopelessness. Tell your soul to chill out and wait in silence for me once more, just as my word reminds you I will never fail you and I am working patience in you for your next step is a large step. I am your rescuer and your hope for tomorrow. In this moment of silent trust, I adjure you to make a decision to understand there will always be actions from people and circumstances that surround you that you have no control over. But know that I am in control and I have also given you a measure of control over your lives as well. You cannot control what happens to you but you can control your response. When the evil one comes knocking at your door, you can choose not to answer it. It is your choice.

Beloved, in this hour, I see my people operating in a lack of discernment by not asking for the understanding and discerning of spirits I look to bestow upon them. You will never be able to control how others choose to act or speak that sometimes color your circumstances, says the Father. So I have come to encourage you that allowing your emotions to get out of control and not letting my mind be in you is causing destruction in your life that you can stop. You are heading to a dead end street in this season if you do are not willing to let go of your desire to be in control or control others. So begin, to speak to you soul to be still, chill out, and submit to your spirit man. Let your spirit lead you forward into your promised land, says the Lord of all.

Misinterpretations are on the rise. Misunderstandings are at a new high, says the Holy Spirit. It is the now time to respond in the opposite spirit, speak softly, and turn the other cheek. Do not be moved by someone’s expression. Don’t let their controversial words push you to the edge when these things are only a part of the daily pressures that are building to a high explosive level in the world, says the Lord. Know that it is urgent that you accept those things you cannot change, change those things that you can and always, ask for wisdom to know the difference. In this era of high tension, be silent in my presence for it is your safe place, your restoration place, your place of intimate moments and tenderness for your soul, says the one true God.

Let my corrections be the guiding light that leads you to deeper maturity in this moment of turnaround. Endurance is being formed as you embrace new courage. Everlasting Hope is being renewed as you shut the door to hopelessness. Peace that passes all understanding is filling your hearts afresh as you sit in my presence in silent willingness to wait for your God alone, says the God of all the world.

Psalm 62:5-8 NKJV “My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my [c]expectation is from Him. 6 He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be [d]moved. 7 In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God. 8 Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah”
