Yesterday, I felt a shaking in the spirit world. Warfare is taking place. Foundations are shaking. It’s been tough! You may feel like you’re losing things – even good things! Listen, God is doing some pruning. He’s cutting off what needs to be removed so that you can produce double the harvest. In John 15:2, Jesus said, “Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit.” This process can be painful, but it is necessary.

It may be hard to see in the midst of your pain that God’s pruning is leading to a better harvest for you. Just like a vinedresser goes through and prunes his vines, God is pruning your life. The vine feels the pain, and so will you, but the pain is always worth the gain when it comes at the hands of the Vinedresser. He is setting you up produce an abundance of fruit. I believe the fruit will begin to show at sundown on Sept 29th as we enter into Rosh Hashanah. God is preparing to give us double as we enter into the Hebrew New Year, 5780.

This month, God is saying, “You aren’t going to take that in with you. Nope! I’m going to cut that back.” He may even be cutting back some good things. Don’t worry, don’t fear: focus on the Lord and prepare yourself for all He has for you. As I said, there is a lot of spiritual warfare going on right now, a lot of shaking. Be alert! Sometimes it’s hard to keep your thoughts together when your foundation begins to shake. But you are exactly where God wants you to be right now. He is going to bring you through this, and you will bear double fruit as the calendar turns over. But you have to keep your eyes on Him. You have to be willing to accept His pruning. It will be worth it in the end.

Rejoice in the growing process! Growing pains can hurt at times. That’s okay. Let Him trim what needs to be trimmed so you can grow in new places. You are about to burst forth into your destiny with abundant growth and a double-fruit harvest. This is a new year full of promises for you!

Praise Him and never stop pressing in or praying. Ask God to continue to dispatch angles in your life to strengthen you. Pray in the Holy Ghost and let God revive your spirit. You are about ready to burst forth in full bloom. God loves you and He wants you to bear much fruit.
