Connie Hunter-Urban: THE LION IS ABOUT TO ROAR
THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN BY MY HUSBAND, WADE URBAN.
Recently, while worshiping, Connie had a vision of an anvil with its shoulder and horn being the head of a roaring lion. Connie knew this was the Lion of the tribe of Judah – Lord Jesus Christ. The Lion was poised to attack. At the same time, I also had a vision of the four living creatures described in Ezekiel, Chapter 1. Each of these creatures had four faces and four wings with hands of a man under the wings. The faces were of a man, lion, ox, and eagle. Their wings touched one another, and they did not turn but went straight forward wherever the Spirit directed.
I believe these visions hold significance for priorities in the coming year. I define mine and Connie’s ministry, Restoration Ministries, as a blacksmith ministry. I Sam. 13:19-22 portrays Israel as being without weapons – only Saul and Jonathan had swords – because the Philistines had all the blacksmiths. Israelites would go to the Philistines to have their tools sharpened, so on the day of battle, no weapons were found with the people. Our ministry assists believers discover their gifts (weapons of warfare) and provides a platform for them to sharpen their weapons and advance their effectiveness through the use of their spiritual gifts receiving revelation, prophetic actions and declarations, healings, working of miracles, intercession, and deliverance ministries. We have always believed we were called to equip equippers (Eph. 4:11–16) as a spiritual blacksmith.
An anvil is a critical tool for a blacksmith to mold and shape weapons and tools of harvest. The anvil with a Lion’s head from Connie’s vision represents Holy Spirit’s emphasis on evangelism and deliverance ministries. My vision of the four living creatures represents the essential coordination of ministry gifts accompanying the Lion–evangelism. The four faces of the creatures represent the supporting ministries. The face of a man along with the hands of a man under the wings indicates the pastoral/teaching ministry supernaturally empowered by Holy Spirit. This ministry is a primary support ministry for effective evangelism. The eagle represents the prophetic seer ministry as Holy Spirit reveals His supernatural intelligence of both divine and demonic intentions. The ox represents the burden-bearing ministry of intercession which prepares the atmosphere for evangelism by removing spiritual impediments and disrupts enemy defenses protecting demonic strongholds.

I believe these combined visions indicate a specific evangelistic anointing—a Lion that must be supported by other ministry gifts of pastor/teacher, prophet, and intercessor. These equipping ministries (blacksmith’s anvil) must prioritize evangelism (Lion’s head) as a breakthrough ministry to reach the lost and deliver them from Satan’s bondage.
I believe Holy Spirit is providing a clear priority for the coming year. All ministry is important; however, the breakthrough ministry of evangelism engages the enemy face-to-face with weapons of warfare (power gifts of healings and working of miracles) to destroy the works of the devil and free the captives. The Lion’s ministry puts divine revelation into violent action while being supported by prophetic intercession and the pastoral/teaching ministry of discipleship. Prov. 28:1 says, “The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.” I hear Holy Spirit encouraging the equipping and release of the Lion’s boldness through evangelism in 2015.
A WORD FOR YOU TODAY!
A word by Joel Yount:
Several years ago while walking at a park an Eagle had flown right over me carrying what looked like a dead snake. The one thing that amazed me was how low the Eagle was flying as it flew above me. It was as if God was highlighting this occurrence that I had never experienced before.
Before seeing the Eagle and the snake, I had been walking around the park praying and declaring scriptures for breakthrough regarding a situation. Leading up to this time, it seemed as if there was an escalated season of attack from the enemy as someone had attempted to shut the Spirit Fuel website down. However, God stepped in and the individual responsible for that attempt did not succeed. Praise God!
Pay Attention To Signs God Reveals To You
God had stepped in many ways in only he could do. The escalated attacks had ceased. The Lord revealed to me that the Eagle had represented His power and protection coming down and taking the enemy (the snake) out of his place.
The Lord instructed me to send this testimony out today because He wants to remind many of you that nothing is hard for Him. He will send signs in the natural that relate to what is going on in the supernatural.
The prayers and declarations of saying scripture out loud at the park had activated something in the Spirit realm I believe. One important action I had taken before this event was sowing several seeds into different ministries. This act stretched my faith. When I saw what God did and how he turned the enemy’s plans upside down I was amazed. God is turning the enemy’s plans upside down in your own life today! Do something in the natural to activate the supernatural in your life today.
Right now I encourage you to sow a seed of $50, $25, $100, or $500 into Spirit Fuel and name it “Breakthrough” as an act of faith. By sowing a seed today into Spirit Fuel, you will be helping to reach more people on the internet for the Kingdom of God. It takes a dedicated team and resources to maintain the Spirit Fuel platform.
