Decree A Thing And It Will Be Established

“You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.” Job 22:28
On September 30th we will enter the Hebrew year 5780. The Hebrew word for this time is “Pey” which represents a mouth that has wisdom. The past decade has been a decade of “seeing” what God is saying but now we will enter into a decade of speaking (decreeing, declaring and prophesying) the wisdom that comes forth from God. We will hear His sound and as we speak it, sing it and decree it things will be established on earth as they are in heaven.
Kim Engel wrote the following paragraph that gives greater insight on “Pey”,
“Pey” is the Hebrew letter for the number 80, a picture symbol of a mouth. Discerning when to speak and when to be quiet will be a critical component during the next decade if we are to see the Kingdom of God growing in our lives and our world through our declarations of faith. “Ayin” gives insight, but it is the “Pey” (mouth) that gives insight expression. Wisdom is the key.
This time will remove the “silencer” that the enemy has put upon many who are created to be a mouth that speaks and sings what the Lord is saying. The mute will speak! They will have a voice of authority and wisdom.
The Lord also showed me that “those who have no voice” will be heard! Specifically the unborn. The cry of babies that the enemy has silenced will come forth and babies that would have been aborted will not only live but they will be a voice to their generation and the generations to come.
Women will be given their voice back in a way that brings reformation, honor and wisdom. It will break oppression off of daughters; causing them to find identity in the inward places rather than the outward. I recently heard Chuck Pierce say that when men the revelation and understand regarding the honor of women that it will break the cycles of pornography that is plaguing and defiling both men and women. A sound of deliverance will come and set many free.
The African American community will become a voice like a corporate voice of Martin Luther King, Jr. and they will decree the dream of God. Freedom will be the sound that they release and it will break through racial barriers.
The voice of the Lord will be heard and it will bring back the fear of the Lord. It will come through decrees that establish and through warnings that invite men and women into wisdom and repentance that will thwart judgement and release mercy.
I hear the words from Psalm 29 being declared over this segue into a decade of “sound and wisdom”,
“The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic. The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon. He makes Lebanon leap like a calf, Sirion like a young wild ox. The voice of the Lord strikes with flashes of lightning. The voice of the Lord shakes the desert; the Lord shakes the Desert of Kadesh. The voice of the Lord twists the oaks and strips the forests bare. And in his temple all cry, “Glory!”” Psalm 29:3-9
The glory of the Lord will come upon His people and the cry of “Glory!” Will be heard throughout the earth.
