I was driving through Findlay OH at 2:22pm on February 6th 2020. When driving through I saw the name Findlay and my spirit leaped in excitement within me. An excitement for this area, this county, and what Findlay will do for all of Ohio began to bubble up out of me. Then I saw “Flag City USA”. The Lord began to speak to me at that moment at 2:22pm about Findlay. God said that just like My Name is Jehovah Nissi, so I AM making Findlay Ohio. For I AM the Lord your Banner, raised High conquering the enemy on your behalf. I AM the Banner of Victory. I AM the Banner lifted up High for all to see that this day and these exploits are done by the Lord on My peoples Behalf. He said this will be a Divine representation of My Character and Name.

Moses built an altar there and called it “Jehovah-Nissi” (meaning “Jehovah is my flag”). “Raise the banner of the Lord!” Moses said.
God said He is raising up Apostles in the area that truly have the heart of the Father in order to correctly be spiritual fathers to many. He is raising up true Prophets in Findlay that will speak with only the purity of Heaven. That when they release a word it will have no motive or self agenda. It will only release what the Father is truly saying. He said he is raising up Pastors that know how to truly shepherd His people, because they spend so much intimate time with the Great Shepherd Jesus. These Pastors will be known for unity and it will cross denominational lines. They will be true encouragers and equip the body not try to control the body. He is raising up Teachers & Evangelist that will teach, preach, and heal (Matthew 4:23). They will be known for ones that they can tell have been with Jesus (Acts 4:13). He is raising up Fiery Feeted Believers, the Remnant, the ones that will lay down their lives and impact their work places and market places with a fresh fire of revival. They will all be known for carrying the Authority with the Power of the Word and a demonstration of Power with Signs Wonders and Miracles following because they made Jesus the first and foremost in everything they did and said.

For while I was with you I was determined to be consumed with one topic—Jesus, the crucified Messiah. 3 I stood before you feeling inadequate, filled with reverence for God, and trembling under the sense of the importance of my words. 4 The message I preached and how I preached it was not an attempt to sway you with persuasive arguments but to prove to you the almighty power of God’s Holy Spirit. 5 For God intended that your faith not be established on man’s wisdom but by trusting in his almighty power.
God said He is raising up a banner of people that will stand against perversion and corruption in His Church. Just like a flag that is raised to the top of a flagpole symbolizes what country they represent, so I AM raising My people up in Findlay OH. They will be a representation of My power, authority, of a Beloved Identity in My Son Jesus. They will assemble in unity representing My Word, My Compassion, and My Love to their community and to all of Ohio. Many of them will see My Signs Wonders and Miracles because they have a heart to display my Love to a lost and hurting people. They will leave a legacy that will impact generations.
