From The Old To The New – A Word by Sanjna Mahtab

For those of you who have said yes to God, He is bringing a finality to many things in your life right now. Things are not what they seem to your natural eyes. Ask God to give you His perspective of yourself and every situation and circumstance. What does Heaven say about you and your circumstances right now? Be bold to ask this and then partner with Heaven on what you hear back.

He is bringing finality because it’s time for final chapter of the old land to close off. This is a time of transition into the new land. Just as new wine cannot be put into and old wineskin, the new wine that’s about to pour out requires a new wineskin.

This process you have been in has been preparing you for the new wineskin. The old wine has run out so stop trying to use it. If you keep trying to use the old wine in the new land, it is not going to work. It’s time for the new wine to flow through you. It’s new. It is nothing that you have been use to in the past. Do not be afraid to taste the new Heavenly wine. Be open minded with God and obey what you are hearing.

“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord.
“And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.
⁹ For just as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so my ways are higher than your ways
and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.”
-Isaiah 55:8-9 (NLT)

Nothing of the old has permission to go with you into this next part of your life. This includes they way you have been thinking as well as the way you have been doing things. Ask God what you are suppose to lay down in this season right now. There will be a great exchange when you lay things down. The reason why you have to lay things down from one season to the next is because it makes room for what is coming. So, make room for all the things that God wants to release to you and fill you with.

The process that you have been in has not only been making room for the new things but has so been preparing you to be able to steward well what yu are called to. It has been intense for many of you. Hang in there! Nothing you have gone through was in vain! You are about to see the fruits of your labor! (Read Psalm 1)

For some of you, God either has or will be cutting off toxic relationships in your life. Trust God because the people He exposes to you and/or removes from your life has absolutely no permission to move forward with you in the next part of your journey. It can be painful for you when God exposes this. Though, God has better relationships, friendships, and Heavenly connections that will walk alongside of you on your journey to help you along. For those of you that have already had this exposure or are about to, I pray that God gives you His strength to bear and overcome what He shows you.

Let it go and let Him into those places. God asks us to lay things down when He has something greater to give in return. He has something planned for you already. Before you even get there, H is already there. Obedience is the key for you. You do your part and He will do His. Your action will cause traction.

Remember that God can see everything you cannot. He has also heard conversations about you behind your back that you do not know about. God can see all intentions and motives of people that we didn’t catch on our radar. Thank Him for saving you from hinderances that could have been a danger to where you are called to.

Trust God and keep advancing forward in the way that God wants. He is ways are higher and His thoughts are higher than yours. I pray that you have Gods eyes to see that He is answering your prayers. It is being done in a way you never thought of. Let Him have His way.

Everything is going to be ok! Look how far you have come! Look how much weight that was slowing you down has been removed! Keep advancing forward because you are taking ground on your new territory! You’ve got this and Gods got you!
