Peggy has been actively involved in the Prophetic and Intercession in the church, and for spiritual leaders for the last 20 years. After a successful accounting career, she found herself with a sudden illness and unexpected retirement a few years ago. This has turned into an unexpected blessing as she is now following her heart’s desire for spiritual pursuits full time. After several confirmations, Peggy is now writing about the names of God and their prophetic images as well as other topics and testimonies. She is actively involved in intercession, the prophetic, and healing ministries at True Life Church in the Austin area. Peggy’s heart’s desire is for all to know God as the loving father He is and for the church to walk in its kingdom authority. God, The Spirit of Wisdom – A Word by Peggy Williams

I asked the Lord to show me what the Spirit of Wisdom looks like and He showed me His arms bent as if lowering and unfurling a giant blueprint. The blueprint was suspended from heaven over the earth.
Eph 3:10-12 (TPT) The purpose of this was to unveil before every throne and rank of angelic orders in the heavenly realm God’s full and diverse wisdom revealed through the church. This perfectly wise plan was destined from eternal ages and fulfilled completely in our Lord Jesus Christ, so that now we have boldness through him, and free access as kings before the Father because of our complete confidence in Christ’s faithfulness.
The above scripture says that we as the church possess this Spirit of Wisdom. I struggled to answer the question as to whether or not this Spirit of Wisdom is a name or an attribute of God. Solomon uses the metaphor of “Lady Wisdom” in Proverbs 8 but he also refers to Wisdom as a person as in Prov 8:12 “For I am Wisdom, and I am shrewd and intelligent. I have at my disposal living-understanding to devise a plan for your life.” And verse 30, “I was there, close to the Creator’s side (TPT).
In Isaiah 11:2 we read about the “Spirit” of Wisdom. My conclusion is that the Spirit of Wisdom is a name of God, but Wisdom is also a being who was present at God’s side during creation, and now, we as the church possess this same Spirit and move in godly wisdom as a result.
The Lord recently taught us about His name, Wisdom, in a practical and supernatural way. We had been vacationing in Ruidoso in the wonderful Sierra Blanca Mountains. We decided to take a side trip on a highway known for the largest elk in America and wild ponies. After 4 hours of traveling through this area, we saw a few elk from a distance, some cows very close up and no wild ponies. We didn’t ask the Lord if this was the right plan, but instead followed our own plan. When we returned, the restaurant where we ate lunch had an entire herd of elk just below the deck where we were eating! Not only that, but on our way to dinner, we saw a very large elk just laying in someone’s yard completely relaxed just blocks away from where we were staying. Despite following “our” plan, God in His infinite kindness showed us His plan. No traveling, no effort. Just the goodness of God that is always in His plans for us. Perhaps the elk can teach us how to relax in God’s good plans for us.
