Pray for the “Nets” – A Prayer Directive
As I was meditating on John 21, I heard the Lord say, “I have a prayer directive for the intercessors.” In this chapter of the Bible, the disciples were keenly aware of their failure when they had scattered from Jesus when He went to the cross. In the midst of that, Peter had an idea – fishing. The only problem was that they caught no fish.
Then Jesus appeared, although they did not know it was Him yet, and asked, “Did you catch any fish?”
They answered, “No, we haven’t.”
Jesus told them, “Cast your net on the other side of the boat.” This time, they caught a huge number of fish. John 21:11 makes the point that although there were 153 fish, the net did not break.
The Lord spoke to me and said, “Tell my intercessors to pray that the nets will not break in these days of awakening.”
Many pockets of revival have sprung forth across the United States and the world. It is exciting to see the harvest, the great catch of fish, coming in. However, if the nets, or the “networking” of people is not strong, some of the harvest may be lost.
We need to pray for a strong “network” of people to come together. This is true not only in individual churches, but in territories, as well. Many churches are in great need of a “network” of those who will be committed to the behind the scenes ministry of helps. People need to be trained up to minister deliverance to the new ones coming in. Others need to be willing to take new believers and spend time discipling them. Unselfishness and complete commitment to the Lord will be necessary in order to see the harvest retained.

Walking in love towards one another will be increasingly important in the days to come. Strife and division may put holes in the nets and allow the “fish” to fall through. We must guard against these “network breakers.” Offense and bitterness must be carefully guarded against. The harvest is at stake.
We need to pray that the Lord would do a great work in those that are already believers. We need the fire of God to bring a boldness into our lives that will cause us to stand in the darkness and speak the Word of God and to not back down. We as individuals must be strong for the net to be strong.
The good news is that the Lord will have a strong net to retain the harvest in the days to come. John 21:11 assures us that the net did not break. God will have a people in these days of awakening that will be completely sold out to the plans of God. They will be strong and join with others for the harvest’s sake. I want to be one of them. I urge you to join me.
A TURNAROUND FOR YOU..
A word by Dana Jarvis
I decree you are making the spiritual journey from the bondage of Egypt into your promised land of destiny. I know you have grown weary. Do not let the murmurings and complaining attitudes rule you. It causes the faith to waiver! Your focus is upon the cup of bitter waters that you are currently drinking from.
Rest assured that your God is making these bitter waters sweet!
You shall taste and see that the Lord is good! You are going to see such extravagance in your daily life. He is delivering much into your hands so reach up and take hold. Just as he was with you before, he is with you now. You are going to drink deep of the Living Waters. The bitter waters of life have tried to steal all joy.
However I hear the Lord say, “It is done, I am the Lord who heals you. I am the Lord who will restore you. I am the Lord who will provide your every need. I am the One that is making the bitter waters sweet!”
I feel so strongly that God is removing your cup of bitter waters you have had to drink for so long. He is causing a turnaround for you in a situation that you desperately need him to move. I am speaking to several and know this word is for you. Even as the Lord led Moses and the children of Israel from their bondage at the Red Sea, it still took one step of faith. One step of faith is all it takes to cause a release from all of this. Take a moment and sow into good ground by giving into Spirit Fuel. For just a contribution of $25, $50, or even $100 or more given into Spirit Fuel is an active step and good ground on which to sow. It is a powerful ministry reaching the world for Christ. As you sow that offering, it is that act of faith that will cause the Red Sea where you are standing to part in your life. The bitter cup will be removed and the sweetness of the Lord shall begin to flow!
