Prophetic Dream: “Prophets To Nations Arise!” – A word by Roma Waterman

I believe this is a prophetic message for prophets who have a call to nations and governments.

I had a dream that I was sharing a dream that had instructions in it for the next leader of a country. (A dream within a dream).

In the dream, I shared what I had seen around this leader with a friend, who then passed it on to this leader. This person was a leader of a nation- who then invited me to sit at their table and discuss what I had seen.

However, I did not value the revelation I had received, because it came naturally to me. In the dream, I could not understand why everybody didn’t know these things already. It was a simple strategy – I could not understand why others could not see it too. So I did not appreciate the depth and accuracy of what I was seeing.

The other complication was that I was so busy with other projects that I could not give myself fully to meeting for a second time with this leader, who had asked for another meeting. This person didn’t just want to know what I HAD seen, but what I was CONTINUING to see. This represents the ongoing revelation the Lord wants to release to His prophets.

In the dream, I was failing at everything I was putting my hand to because I was too busy – I was missing appointments, deadlines and so on and was always in a rush. These projects were important, so it was a big deal that I was not meeting my commitments. This represents the urgency to make room and time for the revelation, and that the prophetic call must come first, above all else.

When I woke, I asked the Lord for further clarification of this dream. It is not just for me but for anyone who has a call to prophesy into governments and nations.

I heard the Lord say, “The prophetic increases when you value it. Just because it’s simple and makes sense to you doesn’t mean it does to everyone else. You have eyes to see – that’s why it’s clear to you. Tell my prophets to value what I reveal to them!”

There are prophetic strategies for governmental authority that the Lord wants to release to His prophets if they will value and make time for it.

But to value these strategies, it will also mean making room. The Lord says, “You will not be able to do everything. It’s time to say no to other things that seem important – they are not as important as the word of the Lord right now for nations and governments. I need prophets who will ask for my word for nations and government!”

To be a prophet to nations is a specific prophetic call. If you feel this is a call upon your life, there is a direction to make room for it to be a priority. Ask the Lord what you need to give up so He can not only release his words to you with greater precision and clarity. Carve the time needed in your world to receive and and deliver them effectively! Value the revelation you receive, and make time to release it!

Amos 3:7

“For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants, the prophets.”

Numbers 12:6

“And he said, “Hear my words: If there is a prophet among you, I the Lord make myself known to him in a vision; I speak with him in a dream.”

Jer 1:5

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
