The scriptures are clear that in this world we shall have trials and tribulations; yet we are to be of good cheer because Jesus has already overcome the world. The moment He obtained the victory, He secured it for us as born again Believers. Because of His commitment and submission to set His face like flint, and run the race preordained for Him, we now have a blueprint for living a life of victory.
As we endure hardness as good soldiers, just as the Messiah did, we can have full confidence in what He has already done. Listen! The victory has already been won! So when you find yourself in the hard places of life, you know, your personal Gethsemane, count it all joy! It was the joy set before Him that caused Him to “endure the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:2 KJV) He sat down because He finished the work!
NOW, it’s your turn to run your race to win! Let nothing and nobody hinder you. Run, and run well; do it NOW, while it is still day, because when night comes, no man can work. NOW is the time to follow the blueprint, Beloved. Set your face like flint, and allow the Spirit of Jesus, the Overcomer to help you win in life. He is the Greater One living on the inside of you, constantly making intercession for you, faithfully guiding you, and perpetually empowering you! The Overcomer within will always help you win. NOW is the time to tap into the Overcomer within, so you can win!
I prophesy that you will not flinch as you face your hardships, but you will stand as the good soldier that you are. Having done all to stand, STAND with your loins gird with TRUTH! As you tether yourself to the Truth, you will rise in the Spirit of Christ the Breaker and Christ the Overcomer, and rest in Him as Christ the Good Shepherd!
