Prophetic Word: You Are Worth Taking Care Of – A Word by Jamie Rohrbaugh
Beloved, do you struggle with taking care of yourself? If so, the Lord gave me this word to encourage you today.
I heard the Lord say:
“Beloved child, you are worth taking care of.
I made you and formed you with My own hands, because I need you. I love you. I want you to be close to Me.
Beloved, you are My precious treasure. I cherish you, delight in you, and long for you at all times. I think about you constantly. You are My delight, My darling, My adorable child–even when you don’t feel that way.
And My child, you are worth taking care of.
You are worthy of My finest and best, because I have made you in My image. It is the blood of My Son Jesus that made it possible for Me to bring you back into this state of intimacy with Me, but the blood of Jesus doesn’t stop there.
The blood of My Son Jesus also purchased for you everything I have–all My best and finest things, for I only have things that are good and perfect and fine–things that are a reflection of My good and perfect and excellent nature.
This doesn’t mean that you should respond to this revelation in a fleshly way, running up debt in pursuit of everything that is good and perfect. It also doesn’t mean that you should ever be greedy or selfish, just because you are worthy of good and perfect gifts since you are hidden in My Son Jesus.
However, it does mean that I want you to think differently about yourself–and about My heart to bless you:
- I want you to stop thinking about yourself as being so lowly and unworthy.
- I desire for you to think about yourself the same way I think about you: that you are greatly beloved.
- I want you to stop thinking that you exist only to help others who are better, stronger, and more beautiful.
- I want you to stop thinking that I will do what I have promised for everyone else, but I won’t do it for you.
- And I want you to stop thinking that you have to take care of everyone else, while no one–not even Me–should or will take care of you.
The truth is that I want to take care of you far more than you ever dreamed.
I want to give you the best of everything. I desire to lavish My good works, good gifts, and watchcare on you. You are My beloved child, in whom I am well pleased; is it fitting for Me to do any less?
I tell you, no! My heart for you is to bless you, care for you, pamper you. My heart is for you to REST while I provide. My heart is for you to pour out your heart to Me, release everything to Me, and snuggle in My arms while I perfect everything that concerns you.
You are worth caring for. You are worth nurturing. You are worth kindness, gentleness, covering, respect, protectiveness, and love.
You are worth My whole heart, and you have My whole heart.
I know your pain, your agony, your desperation. I understand your frustrations and uncertainties. I know your thoughts and am acquainted with all your ways. I know your sitting down and your rising up.
I know you, beloved. Inside and out: I know you, cherish you, honor you, and am extremely protective of you.
You need to understand that you are worth all this.
I am the One who determines your worth. I am your Maker, and you belong to Me. I am the One who dictates your value, and I say to you: you are worth all of this and more.
I want you to focus on My love until you respect yourself like I respect you. I need you to focus on My love until you honor yourself like I honor you. I need you to get My heart for yourself; to get My heart toward you until it is your heart toward yourself too.
Take your cues from Me, beloved. I am never wrong.
I love you with an everlasting love. With great mercies I have borne you, carried you as a mother carries her child in her womb. You are My beloved and My song of songs. I sing over you constantly. I wake you with My voice, and I sustain you with My very breath.
I love you so much, My beautiful one. You are My treasure and My delight. Feel your preciousness to Me today, and know that you are the object of My greatest love.
If you need help to heal, I will help you.
Your heart has been through many wounds, but I have seen them all. If you need help to begin thinking of yourself the way I think toward you, ask Me for help and then follow My lead. You are not alone on this journey, and it’s time for you to stop feeling like you are.
I am with you, My child, to comfort you.
Let Me minister My love to you. I am the steward of My heart and can give it to whomever I wish. Let Me replace your heart for yourself with Mine. I will help you all the way; all you have to do is say the word.
I love you, My child. Always remember that.

Father God, thank You for this word. Please help our hearts to receive and feel it as You desire us to do. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ name.
