Karen lives in Youngsville, Louisiana and is an elder at Believers Family Worship Center in New Iberia, LA. She has been described as one whose life in the Spirit manifests in prophetic praying, songs, utterances, and writings. My Friends, this word is not for everybody though everyone should be blessed by it. It is one of those words that are so specific, so highly targeted that those who it is for will find their hearts burning with recognition of a truth that has long been resounding in their hearts.
This word is for those who are intercessors, watchmen, shamar prophets. Those who sit in rocking chairs holding their babies but are praying for people and places they don’t even know. It is for those who sit at their kitchen tables and are so gripped by Holy Spirit that something has to break!
This word is for those who may not be seen on platforms of men but are quite known on the platforms of Heaven. They are the ones whom the Lord works with in the season of silence.
These are the watchmen. So early one muggy Louisiana morning, the word of the Lord came to me saying,
“There is a trumpet sound going forth throughout all of the earth for the watchmen to be assembled and arise. These are they whom I have had on reserve. Those who have not partaken of the love of the world or have gotten drunk over the headiness of position, politics and prosperity. These are they who have diligently sought Me when no one was watching. No one was looking or even considering them. But I saw them for I know them for I raised them.
I have sharpened their eyes to see in the dark. Acute vision I have given them. Ears so spiritually sensitive they will detect even the stealthiest of the enemy’s movements.
In their hands, I have set My bows that they will aim and accurately take down the enemy’s plans before it has become widely known.
There is a burning fire in My watchmen to see the Kingdom of God come and for My will to be done. They are not for establishing man’s agenda, but they press in to establish what Heaven has decreed. They boldly call upon the Name of the Lord to erect the purposes of God in the earth.
I am bringing a fresh wind to blow upon My watchmen. I am releasing an anointing upon them in this hour. I am saturating them with the spirit of Daniel. They will not only watch but they will know and receive behind the scenes knowledge of what I am doing and establish that in prayer. They will surely see it come to pass on earth.
I am stirring the spirits of the watchmen like never before. They will arise at all hours of the day seeing clearly what is in the day and what is going on in the night. I will saturate their voices with the oil of My Glory for when I prompt them to open their mouths and speak and warn and encourage, all will know that I have spoken.
I have heard the cry of the watchmen. A new day for you have come. These are they who have had specialized training in the backside of the desert where no one saw them, no one heard of them, no one regarded them. Now, they know even now, in their hearts, that I am confirming to them this is the hour I have spoken to them in times past in the secret place. I will take care of them. I will protect them. I am surrounding them. Even the angel of My Presence will cloak them.
They are not interested in becoming popular or politically correct. They will not be swayed with flattery or finances. Their hearts are so true to Me that when I tell them to watch and ward off the enemy here or comfort My Bride there, they will do so unquestionably. These are My loyal lovers. Those who have made prayer an integral, unbroken fabric of their lives. They truly love not their lives to the death.
Come forth, watchmen. Do not be afraid to sound the alarm when I signal you. For I am covering you with a special mantle to go in and go out undetected by the enemy and wreak havoc on the plans and strategies of the kingdom of darkness in this hour. The spirit of Elisha does rest upon you. The spirit of Issachar to have the wisdom to know what to do is equipping you! Rise watchmen! Blow the trumpet in Zion. Sound the alarm! Signal it is time to seek the Lord! It is time for the advancement of the Kingdom of God! It is the rise of the watchmen!”
