The Days Of Restoration, Recompense, Repairing The Breach And Justice Are Upon Us – A Word by Laurie Beckham

As the last quarter of 2021 began, I pressed in and prayed to hear God’s heart. Reflecting on the lows of the valley and the highs of the mountaintop moments that His remnant have persevered through, I heard these powerful words through the thundering voice of God, “THE DAYS OF RESTORATION, RECOMPENSE, REPAIRING THE BREACH AND JUSTICE ARE UPON US”.

“Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth.” – Isaiah 40:3 NKJV

These words shook me to my core in an utter sense of relief and newfound hope for what’s ahead for those who love Him. Many of us have been stretched beyond all we could imagine. Many have endured much warfare, loss and pain over these recent years. The world as we know it seems to be falling apart. However, God tells us in His word many times to Trust in Him. The battle belongs to the Lord and we know that in the end, like the Bible says, WE WIN!

“The Lord will guide you continually,

And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Those from among you Shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”  – Isaiah 58:11-12 NKJV

In praying into this word, Holy Spirit brought me back to New Year’s Eve where I was among the corporate body of Christ ringing in the new year in worshipping our King! A well known Prophet was releasing a rather tough message about the recent election and what He heard from God. He then released a word of knowledge that there were a few in the room or online who were running from the call God had for their lives.

Tears began to pour down my face as I felt the sword of the Spirit pierce through my heart and awaken me. I could not deny that God was calling me out, but the beauty is the response. The prophet of the Lord asked the body to pray with him to call us in. I felt like Jonah at that moment, but by the goodness of God, I was spared from being swallowed into the belly of a whale.

I sense that what is going on in the world and in the spirit realm, is not for the faint of heart. These are weighty words as it has been a journey like none other, causing many to retreat behind excuses and distractions. Nonetheless, God has a plan for all of us and He knew what we’d be up against. I heard Him say, “THE LONGER YOU TAKE TO STEP OUT AND DO WHAT GOD HAS CALLED YOU TO DO, THE MORE CHALLENGING IT WILL BECOME.”

I sense that it is not just excuses and distractions that are holding His people back. Many have been lulled to sleep by the deception, the chaos, and uncertainty of this world. Others have allowed fear to enter and put their heads in the sand ignoring the clarion call being released throughout Heaven’s frequency.

I want to encourage you that whether  you are one who has fulfilled the God given assignments throughout this time, or you are among the many who wrestled and struggled with prioritizing God and His Kingdom, you are not alone. God is much closer then we realize and He says, “TAKE HEART MY DEAR ONES, IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START OVER. I AM A GOD OF SECOND CHANCES AND I AM GIVING YOU THE GRACE TO BEGIN AGAIN, TO ADVANCE MY KINGDOM. DO NOT FRET MY BELOVED, THIS IS YOUR TIME TO PRESS ON AND BREAK THROUGH ALL LIMITATIONS.”

When we step into and fulfill the mandate and call on our lives, we are putting a stake in the ground for His Kingdom and are in position to take back what rightfully belongs to us. I then heard, “IT IS TIME TO CELEBRATE FOURTH QUARTER WINS. I AM RENEWING YOUR STRENGTH AND BRINGING UPON YOU AN ACCELERATION AND ANOINTING TO FULFILL ALL I HAVE CREATED YOU FOR. I HAVE SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST AND YOU ARE FINISHING STRONG. I HAVE CHOSEN YOU SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME FOR THIS AND SO MUCH MORE.”

“And all the trees of the field shall know that I, the LORD, have brought down the high tree and exalted the low tree, dried up the green tree and made the dry tree flourish; I, the LORD, have spoken and have done it.” – Ezekiel 17:24

God had brought me into a vision on that same day of new year’s eve as we were crossing over into 2021. I was hit by the power of God as I stood on the altar worshipping Jesus. I was knocked to my knees. Humbled, crying and shaking as I released all my mess at Jesus’ feet. In this vision, I was in a fun house and surrounded by mirrors. As I faced my reflection everywhere, I saw through the lense of the lies of the enemy. I saw all lies and accusations my accuser had against me. I felt paralyzed in great anguish and despair as I saw my accuser face to face right there before me as a large demonic spirit.

“So shall they fear The name of the Lord from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.” – Isaiah 59:19 NKJV

As the vision continued, I looked back into the mirror and saw Jesus arrive on the scene as the LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH behind me in all His splendor. He was huge, fierce, with eyes as fire and a gold crown on His head. He opened his mouth and released a loud thunderous ROAR at my accuser, who then diminished and disappeared into mere vapors. The smoke in mirrors cleared and as I looked back into the mirror at my reflection, I saw the Lion of the Tribe of Judah within me rather than above me.

“The Lord also will roar from Zion, And utter His voice from Jerusalem; The heavens and earth will shake; But the Lord will be a shelter for His people, And the strength of the children of Israel”. – Joel 3:16 NKJV

Something so significant and life changing happened at that moment to change the trajectory of my life. It was exactly what I needed to break through and free from the lies and ties that bind. King Jesus changes everything and is moving in our lives, in our families, our churches, our leaders, and our nations. He has heard the heart cry and prayers of His people. We will see restoration and justice prevail more and more in the days ahead. Let’s enter His gates with thanksgiving and praise for He is faithful to fulfill His Word!

“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ”. – Philippians 1:6 NKJV
