The Lord would have me say unto you, “You have a Prophetic Promise and what I have spoken will come to pass. It does not matter who does not like it or who tries to stop it. If they fight against it, they are fighting Me. I spoke it and I will do it!” Get ready for God to shift things SUDDENLY!
David found everything in ashes in 1. Sam. 30. The men that had fought alongside of him, decided to turn against him. They even spoke of stoning him to death.
The enemy hoped that he would give up and forfeit his destiny. However, David did not give up, he sought the Lord. You can’t give up either! God has your answer too.
God gave him the Prophetic Promise of RECOVERY. We all love to shout at this point of the story. But, we often overlook the Pain of the Process that comes with the Pursuit of “recovering all”.
There are times that God fights your enemy and all that you have to do is observe. Other times, God empowers YOU to fight. You have to go and take the victory.
David was tired physically and all that he had lost caused him to be emotionally drained. Moreover, he discovered the relationships that he had with his mighty men was now in shambles. Their own pain, had caused these warriors to turn against their leader. He was left alone with God as he sat in ashes. Nonetheless, God had never failed him. He will not fail you either! Sometimes the best place to be is left alone with God.
David was strengthened as he encouraged himself in the Lord. We can either have a pity party or we can rise up and do great exploits! We have to choose to either be pitiful or powerful. We can’t be both. Whatever your circumstance, God will turn it and use it for His glory. GOD HAS GIVEN YOU THE PROPHETIC PROMISE OF “RECOVERY”!
You are coming out with everything you lost, PLUS the spoils of the enemy!
