During a recent time of fellowship with my husband, he shared a verse the Lord had quickened to him and my faith sprung up to new heights as Holy Spirit opened it to me in a new way. The scripture was:
“(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” (Rom. 4:17 KJV) [emphasis added]

God calleth those things which be not as though they were. I previously heard this as, He declares it and it will be done, in His timing. This time I heard it in light of Ephesians 2:10,
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” (Eph. 2:10 KJV) [emphasis added]

The works God has for us were ordained beforehand, before time, in the eternal realms. His purpose, and the grace to accomplish His purpose, was given us in Christ Jesus before the world was formed!
“Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,” (2 Tim. 1:9 KJV) [emphasis added]

I looked up Romans 4:17 in Strong’s concordance. One of the meanings of the word “called” is “call forth,” and the term, “as though” is the same word “as” used in Matthew 6:10, “as it is in heaven.” I hear by the Spirit of the Living God within me that those things that God has spoken to us are being called forth, into the now, as they already exist in heaven. Receive the quickening that is upon us!

When God gives us a word (or a dream or vision, for He speaks in a multitude of ways to us) it is something that already exists in the Spirit realm. God has already created it, purposed it and ordained it in His divine plan to be brought forth at an appointed time. He speaks it to us to receive it by faith, as Abraham did (this is only one example, there are many others). We are to hold on to that word and continue standing in faith on it in spite of the circumstances. Abraham “…staggered not in unbelief…” (Rom. 4:20), until the manifestation of the promise. As I heard it afresh by the Spirit of the Living God, every seemingly dead promise that the Lord has given me came back to my remembrance and He breathed on it anew.

In recent months, I have seen an increase of immediate answers to prayers in my personal life, as well as the lives of others – restoration, healings, deliverances, and the birthing of new things that have been preordained for such a time as this! I have been seeking the Lord regarding these things; I am confident by Holy Spirit that there is a constancy that is now upon us. Holy Spirit is moving; now is the time! Believe! There is a fresh wind of revelation that He is blowing right now for you to receive into your spirit; I declare – faith rise up to a new level! What He has told you is already accomplished in the Spirit realm!
“Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.” (Gen. 18:14 KJV)

We are entering an appointed time of the fall festivals, as well as a new year in the Hebraic calendar, 5780. The 17th letter of the Hebrew alphabet is Pey, represented by the number 80, and means mouth. We are also entering a 2020 year – clear and accurate vision for the work at hand. This is a year – and decade – where what we perceive and say will be critical; believing God’s word, and speaking what He has said, is necessary for the manifestation of God’s promises. There is effectual grace upon us to see and hear more clearly in this appointed time!

Joshua and Caleb entered the promised land because they believed God and spoke what He had promised. If they had focused on the giants in the land, their heart would have been filled with fear, and they would have spoken words of doubt and unbelief. Instead, they chose to believe that God was with them, and that He would give them what was necessary to overcome. From a heart of trust in Him, they perceived the good of the land, in line with His promises. Believe! He is with you!

Let Holy Spirit search your heart! Jesus said that out of our heart our mouth speaks (Matt. 12:34, Lk. 6:45); it is critical to purify our hearts so what we speak is in line with what God desires to bring forth in the earth through us. How do we do that? When the Spirit of God reveals unbelief and lies, take an axe to every root that contradicts God’s word!

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” (2 Cor. 10:5 KJV)

Romans 4:20 tells us that Abraham grew strong in faith as he gave glory to God. Believe God is good and declare it out loud over every circumstance. Use your mouth to speak the truth of God’s goodness, the reality of what He has shown you in the spirit, even though you don’t see it in the natural yet. Give glory to God for who He is; He is faithful to perform His word. His strength will come upon you as you give glory to Him!
“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:” (Is. 46:10 KJV)

Giving glory to God, Abraham became fully persuaded that what God had promised He was able to perform (Rom. 4:21). Believe God is with you, He is for you and He desires to see His plans come forth through you. His Spirit is at work within you to will and to do of His good pleasure (Phil. 2:13), and He is working through others and circumstances to bring forth His purposes!

“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:” (Eph. 1:11 KJV)

What He has said will be! He is speaking life to dead things, influencing the hearts of others, orchestrating divine appointments, and supplying every need to see His will accomplished in the earth. He is working out His plans; in a suddenly moment, it will come together. He is with you; perceive and receive His quickening! Yield to Him step by step, moment by moment, and you will see the yield of a great harvest in your life!
As I was praying over this word, Holy Spirit gave me an acrostic for the word “yield.”

Y – YES to Me and YIELD your bodies a living sacrifice; yield to Me and also one to another in humility, recognizing each as part of My body and My divine plan.
I – INCLINE your heart fully to Me and you will see clearly, resist every temptation and refuse distractions.
E – EXPECT to see Me move. Believe; live in confident expectation – what I have said, I will do!
L – LISTEN for My voice in each moment. Being yielded, inclined and expectant, listen closely. I may speak through others, or your circumstances. Listen and observe with all your senses.
D – DECLARE who I am and what I say. Your faith will be strengthened and the angels will be sent to perform My words (Ps. 103:20).
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;” (2 Cor. 4:13 KJV)
