True Worshippers, True Happiness – A Word by Deborah Lofton

My grandson, Midas fell asleep during church service; he deserved a nap for getting up so early to attend Sunday service with grandma and his three older siblings. I allowed him to sleep. That was a good decision because he had a dream which blessed me.
When we left the church for our Sunday lunch time, he said, “Grandma, I had a beautiful dream”. I replied, “Ohhh, I am so glad you had a beautiful dream, would you like to share it with all us or just grandma?”
He said, “Everybody can hear it. I dreamed that we were all together, God was on top, Jesus was under Him, and they were connected, and we were under them. And there was so much happiness, no sadness, no devil just beautiful happiness.” I agreed with him that it was truly a beautiful dream. It described the hierarchy perfectly. I knew God had given him this dream because a six-year-old probably knows nothing about this “connection”. And his use of the word “connected” captured my attention. This dream reveals the “true worshippers”, those who will praise the enemy out of their atmosphere and territories. True worshippers who know that God is in His place, His Son Jesus is connected and, in His place, and our part is easy, “worship”, be happy. (Secret: THE ENEMY HATES WORSHIP & HAPPINESS, he will leave.)
John 4:23 “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”
I choose happiness, I choose to be a “True Worshipper”. True worship takes place in the lonely places, when no-one is around; in the hard places, the valley experiences; in the midnight experiences, when you don’t know what to do or who to call. True worship is finding that one hymn to praise your way through, that one dream to remind you, that one scripture to uplift you to your level of happiness and worship. The true worshippers get the recognition of the Father and favor points in heaven. Choose any of God’s favorites in the Bible and you will find a worshipper.
